ADHD support that fits the way your brain works
Practical, compassionate therapy for teens, women, and moms navigating ADHD, overwhelm, and big life transitions.
In person in Littleton or by telehealth across Colorado.
You are not the problem. The fit may be.
ADHD is not a lack of effort, intelligence, or caring. It affects attention, time, emotions, motivation, and the systems we use every day. Therapy can help you understand your brain, reduce shame, and build strategies that work in real life.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. Many clients begin with questions rather than a formal diagnosis. If an evaluation would help, referrals to trusted providers are available.
Do you prescribe medication?
No. As a therapist, I do not prescribe medication, but I can coordinate care with your prescriber or pediatrician.
Can you help with 504 Plans or IEPs?
Yes. I can help you understand the process, prepare for meetings, and advocate for supports that actually help.
